These LED Buffer Beam panels are a great addition to the TT120 Class 08.
Although predominantly aimed at the modellers who have fitted sound and coreless motors to their Class 08’s, This kit is also suitable for 6 pin decoder fitted and DC running Class 08 locos too.
The LED panels have been designed with more ease to installing lights to this specific loco vs individually soldering in LEDs and resistors.
Each Buffer panel has 2 x Warm White LED’s and a 1 x Red LED.
Simply wire the positive feed in to a panel (PAD +) and control the LEDs individually via the extra 3 solder pads (PAD’s W,W,R) which can control each LED separately via negative switching from your decoder if on DCC.
(I used 34AWG PTFE wire and it worked very well).
These panels require painting and soldering by the user.
